Looking to get serious with your training? Want to push it up a notch? Want to train hard? Then you want High Intensity Training! This is a hardcore training session that is meant to push your abilities, your limits and your intensity to the maximum.
Our H.I.T. Program uses a few training methods, with a focus on increasing functional strength and cardio.
Station Training: The stations are several pieces of equipment with specific goals to train. You then are scheduled a certain amount of time and are expected to work those drills with full intensity with no stopping. Once your time is up, you get a short rest period and you'll move on to the next station. Not only does this work your cardio via very effective interval training, it is very specific to martial training and trains your techniques, principles and abilities to bring out your maximum abilities, speed and power. It's a "two for one" powershot.
CORE: The CORE training is a set of excercises that focus on the core muscle groups used for combat. Your abs, chest, legs, arms and heel/ankle/arch are all trained. We focus on excercises that work the most muscle groups in one shot, maximizing the benefits for both building power and speed, but also to increase cardio. Most are body-weight excersises, with medicine balls and some other light equipment to accent certain excercises. If done with a partner, there are two-man excercises as well.
